How to get parcel share link

Open the county parcel viewer and find your parcel. Then click the Share icon in the upper right toolbar (circled in red above). Copy the link from "Share a link to this app" and paste it in the form.

Welcome, and thank you for choosing Sky Scout. This form authorizes us to conduct drone operations over your property and helps us plan the best possible flight for your project.

Wide-angle aerial photos showing the full property and surrounding land. Standard deliverable for most real estate listings.
Targeted photos of specific elements — porch, driveway, barn, pond, outbuilding. Describe what you want in the Specific Views section.
Smooth aerial video flying over and around the property. Edited and delivered as a short clip for listing pages or social media.
Images delivered per Bright MLS requirements — no watermarks, no logos, no text overlays. Ready to upload directly to your listing.
We fly a grid pattern and stitch the images into an accurate top-down map. Useful for land planning, development, and boundary reference.
A stitched, georeferenced aerial photograph of your entire property — like a current, high-resolution satellite image of your specific site.
Your legal property lines drawn on the aerial map from county parcel data. Helpful for visualizing your land — not a legal survey.
Elevation data converted into contour lines showing the shape of the land. Useful for grading, drainage planning, and site design.
Your county tax parcel ID labeled on the map. The official identifier used by the county to track your property for tax and ownership records.
Close-up aerial documentation of structures using high-resolution cameras. Allows us to safely inspect areas that are difficult or dangerous to access on foot.
Aerial photography of the roof surface to identify damage, missing shingles, flashing issues, or wear. Commonly used for insurance claims and pre-purchase inspections.
Aerial documentation of exterior walls and foundation perimeter. Useful for identifying cracks, settlement, or damage not easily visible from the ground.
Aerial survey of fences, driveways, utility lines, and other infrastructure. Efficient way to assess condition over large areas without walking every foot.
We capture overlapping photos from multiple angles and process them into a three-dimensional digital model. Useful for design, planning, volume calculations, and visualization.

Aerial Operations Access Authorization

Authorization

I, the undersigned, confirm that I am the owner of the above-referenced property, or that I am authorized to grant access on behalf of the owner. I hereby grant Sky Scout Drone Services, a division of Design-Build-Live, LLC, permission to conduct unmanned aerial operations over and around the described property for the purpose of aerial imaging, mapping, inspection, or other agreed-upon services.

I understand that these operations will be conducted by an FAA-certified Part 107 Remote Pilot and in accordance with applicable FAA regulations.

Acknowledgment & Liability

I acknowledge that drone operations involve aircraft operating at low altitudes and that I will be notified of the general timeframe of operations. I agree not to hold Sky Scout Drone Services or Design-Build-Live, LLC liable for incidental outcomes resulting from factors outside the operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, terrain, or interference by third parties.

Property boundary lines depicted in aerial imagery are approximate and for reference purposes only. They do not constitute a survey and should not be relied upon for legal or transactional purposes.

Aerial images delivered for MLS submission will be provided without watermarks, overlaid text, logos, or identifying information, in compliance with Bright MLS image requirements. Any disclaimers or notations required by the client must be applied separately and are the responsibility of the listing agent or broker.

Client acknowledges that Sky Scout Drone Services retains copyright to all delivered images until a written copyright assignment or license is executed.

Deliverables

All deliverables will be uploaded to a shared Google Drive folder. Client will receive a link granting access upon completion. Images are delivered in JPEG format at 2048×1365 pixels unless otherwise requested.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sky Scout accepts Venmo (@designbuildlive), cash, check, and Zelle.
